BaseAI Tools ("we", "us") builds free AI micro-tools for small business owners and freelancers. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Content you submit — text you paste into a tool (e.g. a review, listing, or job description) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response, then discarded. We do not build a permanent database of submitted content.
• Email address — only if you activate Pro or request an audit report, so we can deliver access or results.
• Basic usage analytics — page views and product usage via Google Analytics (GA4), to understand which tools are useful.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't require an account or signup to use the free tier of any tool.
• We don't share submitted content with third parties beyond the AI provider needed to generate your result.

Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI responses, Stripe to process payments, Brevo for transactional email, and Google Analytics for basic usage stats. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data tied to your email address at any time by contacting us below.
